Chef Ivan has more than 10+ years of experience being a Sushi Chef.

His experience began at Kura Sushi, where he became the Lead Chef.

This lead to Chef Ivan becoming the Lead Sushi Chef at WP24 by Wolfgang Puck, located at the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, Staples Center & L.A. Live.

Furthermore, Chef Ivan became the Lead Sushi Chef at one of the most popular Japanese traditional style sushi restaurant, Sugarfish in Beverly Hills.
